RENOWNED GOLF COURSE ARCHITECT PETE DYE & WIFE, ALICE HONORED AT WOODLAND COUNTRY CLUB

CARMEL, INDIANA

Woodland Country Club members are honoring Pete & Alice Dye on Friday, May 16th. 6:00 p.m. at Woodland Country Club. A special clock tower is being built on the Woodland Country Club Golf Course as a tribute to the Dye’s for their design expertise, time and dedication to Woodland Country Club Golf Course over the years. The clock tower will serve as a permanent reminder of the Dye’s to Woodland members for many years to come. Terry Walsh, Woodland President, will unveil the clock & its inscription on May 16th at 6:00 p.m. and will give a small speech starting at 6:30 p.m., honoring the Dye’s with 12 of Woodland’s past Presidents in attendance. They are: Kevin Richey, Don Brown, Mark McKinzie, Jay King, Paul Hales, Jeff Meunier, John Hart, Phil Minton, Clint Bucher, Tom Fry, Lante Earnest and Keith Gambrel. The clock inscription is as follows:

The Pete Dye designed Championship golf course is open for another season this spring.
